Bizarre food from Finland

For his TV program, the American Andrew Zimmern goes around the world and tries on the most strange dishes he comes across. He had a stop in Finland and experienced there all sorts of strange food-related adventures. Since the show is (currently) available on YouTube, I had a look at it and found it pretty amusing so I thought I would share it with you.

Disclaimer: As the title of this program clearly states, this is about bizarre food. What is presented here is not what will be usually served on Finnish tables. I've heard of or seen most of the dishes presented, but some (such as bear meat) are clearly unaffordable, others (such as blood cakes) are mere memories of the past, and the rest are occasional treats for special occasions. This is not either an overview of culinary Finnish traditions, as it leaves aside very typical but less "bizarre" dishes.  Keep that in mind and do not start considering Finns as food-freaks, they clearly are not  :)
